We have just taken ownership of the Beverley Norwood 13ft. From the first point of meeting Chris to look at the model, we knew that the whole company and process was going to be a good one. We came up to the factory to see the finished lodge and met more staff, everyone was so lovely and nothing was to much trouble.

Thankfully we stumbled across Beverley Leisure Homes after not being satisfied with the lack of customer service from some of the other larger caravan manufacturers.
We were invited to the factory, where George explained the whole manufacturing and quality processes. This reinforced the decision to buy the Norwood Lodge from BLH.
We were kept informed throughout the build; questions we asked were promptly answered. BLH also improved the delivery time that was quoted, which was brilliant.
Upon receipt of the Norwood, immediately we knew that this was exceptional quality. The siting manager at Holderness Country Park was impressed with the ‘undercarriage’ (for want of a better word!) and how well it sited.
We are very impressed with how all of the furniture is really solid and heavy, and even down to the curtains which are just lovely and again great quality. It’s totally clear that there is no consideration to putting something in there just to save money. The appliances are all top quality.
My Dad (after the loss of his Wife of 60 years) decided he wanted to sell up and move to my house, but spend a good chunk of his time at a holiday park. This has been an emotional journey, but we know he is going to be very happy, and I want to thank BLH, because the process has been totally stress free and this has made such a difference to my Dad’s life.

We decided on their Norwood product after viewing it back to back with other manufacturer’s lodges. The difference in fit, finish and fine detail was day and night. Beverley have obviously spent time in finding out what customers really want and invested heavily in people and manufacturing operations to deliver an outstanding product.

Couple this with timely & accurate communication throughout the whole process, from enquiry to delivery (including co-ordination between us/park owner/BLH) and we have ultimately ended up with a lodge that we love.

We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who had part in the production of our Norwood lodge that we took ownership of it this weekend at Meadow Springs and a big thank you to Clive that made this all possible, we were over the moon with our alterations that we requested, my wife was made up with her dressing table and stool the 2 extra draws in the walk in closet are a massive help, the laminate flooring in all the areas that we previously Lino is a great addition and makes it look more impressive, the Extra two shelves in the large cupboard in the hallway have made into a good usable space, we are so pleased with all the extras we asked for and were done exactly to our requests. We can’t praise all you guys enough for a absolutely beautiful lodge well done to everyone who put in all the hard work to make this possible.

Working with Beverley Leisure has been nothing short of fantastic. The customer service? Genuinely second to none in the leisure industry. Every conversation with the team has been friendly, helpful, and refreshingly personal it’s clear they really care, not just about us, but about the experience of the end customer too.

Dave, the quality engineer (and now honorary team member in our eyes!), came out personally to make sure everything was spot-on. He even made some tweaks on-site to suit our needs no fuss, just solutions.

The lodge itself? It’s in a league of its own. Nothing else on the park compares, and we’ve never seen anything quite like it.
